Establish, promote and promulgate specific approaches and standards of Dominican Hairdressers to serve said clientele with a wide range of hair textures.

Serve as a central hub from where Dominican Hairdressers from around the world can access:

2. Basic information on how to streamline, organize and systematize your business operations.
3. The opportunity to collaborate in the development of specific approaches and innovations of the services provided by Dominican Hairdressers, for product development, marketing, dissemination of information, leading the organization of professional conferences, and advocating for policies that promote the interests of Dominican hairdressers around the world.
4. Information on how to best represent the commitment that Dominican Hairdressers have to supporting, serving and celebrating the natural hair movement along with meeting the needs of clients whose preferences deviate from those natural inclinations.

Promote and facilitate a welcoming, safe and respectful space that supports continuing education, the development and implementation of quality monitoring procedures and other business practices that promote the effective and efficient management of a salon business so that member salons can maximize their profits.

Serve as a valuable voice to counter misinformation about the racial identity of Dominicans in general, and mitigate the potential adverse implications that such misinformation could have on the reputation of Dominican Hairdressers around the world.
