Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and living in New York City since she was ten years old, Marianela has never separated herself from her roots; dedicating a huge part of his professional career to the development of Dominicans wherever they are. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics with a concentration in finance from Manhattanville College, a master's degree in social and clinical work from the renowned Yve League University in Columbia, and public welfare studies with a concentration in industrial psychology and business development. and community organizations at the renowned “Graduate Center” in New York City, Marianela has used her vast education and experience to assist small businesswomen in the professional beauty field to systematize and grow their businesses with her support and training.

For some years now, Marianela has been thinking about how to support Dominican businesswomen in the beauty field to capitalize on the great reputation they enjoy abroad. For this reason, and taking advantage of a situation of collaboration with the honorable union of San Giovani in Fiore, Italy, to launch a meeting of Dominican businesswomen in the field of beauty with the support of Sindica, Mrs. Rosario Succurro who will welcome the participants and will make the Vice Syndica of the Cosenza region available to the event.
The purpose of the meeting will be to provide information on how to take advantage of the high reputation of Dominican businesswomen in the field of beauty to grow their businesses; facilitate a meeting of colleagues between Dominican beauty businesswomen and Italian businesswomen in the same field; and finally, present an enormous opportunity to formally capitalize on the reputation of Dominican beauty entrepreneurs abroad to create international business development opportunities for both entrepreneurs who live on the island and those who operate abroad.
Aside from her contributions in the field of business development, Marianela is a psychotherapist licensed to provide therapy in both the state of New York and the state of Florida. Marianela is also the owner and founder of the Anacaona center for counseling and psychotherapies for individuals, families and groups in Westchester County, New York State where Marianela also instructs candidates for master's degrees in social and clinical work and facilitates preparatory groups for Dominican colleagues. They may succeed on the state examination that qualifies them to operate as psychotherapists who have been granted clinical work licenses under the auspices of the State of New York.
